 Rapport  Clinical  Consulting  Group

Welcome, and thank you for trusting us

to support you and your loved ones.

Hello, I look forward to meeting you.

I have both a bachelor and masters degree in Social Work, with over 20 years of experience in counselling in Saskatoon, I am dedicated to working with you to reach your goals. I believe learning becomes most meaningful when we dare to reflect upon our own stories. Guided by a narrative approach to counselling, I deeply believe that we all too often begin to identify ourselves by the problems we face. Together, we will locate the problem outside of self, nurture a new perspective, and pave a path towards your preferred identity, enhance your relationships and reveal new possibilities. I believe it is vital to work alongside a counsellor you can trust and can confide in, one who encourages you to recognize your own strengths and competencies and understands that you are the expert of your own story.

My practice experience includes working individually with adults, and youth, couples and family counselling, facilitating therapy groups and leading interactive workshops.

My areas of interest and experience include:

Enhancing self-care,

self-esteem and body image,

emotional regulation,
